Spiral Wound Gaskets

Spiral Wound gaskets are available in standard or customized dimensions for heat exchangers or pressure vessels. They are composed of a Stainless Steel metal winding and a soft filler material. Inner and outer rings are available in accordance with drawings and specifications.



Dimensions: up to 5000 mm Thickness: from 3.2/ 4.5/ 6.4/ 7.2 mm

Oblong, rectangular, oval, pear, diamond shapes are also available.

Type sw 00
Spiral Wound without rings: they are used for tongue and groove, male and female flanges.



Type sw 01
Spiral Wound with inner ring: they are used for male and female or special flange types.



Type sw 10
Spiral Wound with outer ring: they are used for raised face flanges.



Type sw 101
Spiral Wound with inner and outer rings: they are used for raised face flanges.



Special Section
Spiral Wound with special rings: they are used for special flanges and special usage.
They are usually made according to the customer's drawing.
